Sunwashed Residence is a refined, light-washed renovation designed to bring serenity and gentle modern luxury to a family home in sunny Miami.
Our goal was to soften the existing architecture with curved forms, sculpted millwork, natural stone, and an airy coastal palette — all while preserving the bright, effortless indoor–outdoor living that Florida homes are known for.
The result is a family space that feels soothing, contemporary, and quietly elevated — the perfect blend of Florida ease and high-end minimalism.
INTERIOR DESIGN OVERVIEW
Living Room
The family room features a sculpted plaster fireplace with an elongated stone hearth, softly ribbed detailing, and a custom built-in bookshelf. A creamy neutral palette keeps the room weightless, while brass lighting and textural accessories add warmth and personality. Large windows frame lush greenery, allowing the space to feel fresh and naturally illuminated throughout the day.
